Bathrooms are independent toilets and showers with self-locking
doors.
After we receive your final numbers for a booking we will allocate
rooms to suit your group. In some cases we can provide up to
42 persons on one floor. We cannot always guarantee that your
group will be accommodated on the one floor.
Our shared rooms are very large and we would provide separate
rooms for girls and boys if required.
Beds are bunk beds. Included in the room rate, each bed is supplied
with fresh laundered white sanitized linen, blankets, mattress
protectors, pillows and pillowcases. Included is also change
of Linen for longer stays.
Towels can be supplied at a laundry fee of $2.00 per towel for
the duration of the stay.
The rooms are cleaned every day. Each room has a fridge and
individual lock up security lockers. Padlocks are supplied and
are included in the room rate if required. Climate controlled
air-conditioning.
Pleasefor a special Group rate whether it be one night or more.
Sanitation Rooms are sanitized prior to
check in with the latest dry heat sanitation at 135°C at 65psi.
Note:
We have a number of sponsors that may assist your group in the
cost of accommodation or meals. So please contact us, even if
you had quotations from other organizations. Let us see what
we can do in regard to a rate. We know our facilities will be
more than adequate for your needs.
BUILDING
FACILITIES
The hostel is 5 levels with lift, Handicapped facilities, it
has a self-catering kitchen, common room and dining room TV;
DVD Player there is a coin operated laundry room with washers
and dryers, a 240 SQM roof top terrace with BBQ facilities. These are all open 24 hours. Assembly area for up
to 130 people. This can be booked at no charge for discussion/lectures
etc.
SECURITY
The hallways and all common areas are under
constant Recorded Video Surveillance and 24 Hours accessable.

Fully sprinklered throughout
Fire Warden on duty
Annual Fire Safety Certificate, Council Certificate, Building

Coles supermarket is 30 meters from the hostel and a full range
of B’que food products are available for purchase.
Board Games example Monopoly etc, Karaoke, CD Player, DVD Player
these are all available at no charge. Guest’s are welcome to
bring their own DVD’S or CD’S. We have a limited range of CD’S
TRANSPORT
No parking is available at the building but coach parking is
available free of charge at the Sydney Entertainment Centre
Darling Harbour a 7 Minute walk from the hostel. Coach drop
of and pick up is available in front of the hostel.
RESERVATION
CONDITIONS
As it is always hard to get exact numbers with a group you only
pay for the actual number that check in. If you are a registered
organization or school etc no deposit is required and payment
can be prior to arrival or on check in by Cheque, Cash or Credit
Card. We will send you a tax invoice prior to arrival. Should
you require meals as set out please advice, as exact numbers
are needed at least one week prior to arrival.
All prices and rates include GST service charges and Taxes and
are in Australian Dollars. All prices are subject to final
confirmation; some conditions may apply.
