The Conditions are as set out below :

1. A minimum stay of 7 nights (10 nights for 2Bed/Twin) is required during the period, 24th December 2010 to 4th January 2011. No Check-in/out’s are available on the 25th, 31st of December 2010 and on the 1st of January 2011.
2. A 20% deposit is required on making a reservation. The deposit is non-refundable.
3. Full payment of the balance owing on accommodation must be paid and will be charged on the 31st of October 2010. If the balance is not fully paid by then, the reservation might be cancelled and the deposit paid earlier would not be forfeited. 
4. Any credit card payments must be made by at least one person who is arriving and the card which has been charged must be shown on arrival. A credit card surcharge of $3.00 applies per each transaction.
5. A key deposit of A$30.00 is required at check-in. This is fully refundable during checkout when linens, blankets, paddlock and keys are returned to the reception. This can be charged in cash or you can select to fill out a security deposit form.
