The Conditions are as set out below :

  1. A minimum stay of 7 nights for dorms and 8 nights for private rooms is required during the period between 22nd December 2011 and 7th January 2012. No Check-in/out’s are available on the 25th, 31st of December 2010 and on the 1st of January 2011.
  2. A 50% deposit is required on making a reservation. The deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  3. Full payment of the balance owing on accommodation must be paid and settled before or upon check-in. If the balance is not fully paid or a failure to arrive on the reserved day or no-show will cancel the reservation immediately. Please note that the deposit paid earlier would be forfeited and we reserve the rights to charge for the booking in full. 
  4. Any credit card payments must be made by at least one person who is arriving and the card which has been charged must be shown on arrival. A credit card surcharge of $3.00 applies per each transaction.
  5. A key deposit of A$30.00 is required at check-in. This is fully refundable during checkout when linens, blankets, paddlock and keys are returned to the reception. This can be charged in cash or you can select to fill out a security deposit form.
All payments are non-refundable.
