The Conditions are as set out below :

1. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required during the period 22nd December 2008 to 5th January 2009. It can be any 3 nights during this period. No Check-in’s are available on Xmas day 25th December 2008.
2. A 20% deposit is required on making a reservation. The deposit is non-refundable.
3. Full payment of the balance owing on accommodation must be paid by Mid November 2008. If the balance is not fully paid by Mid November the reservation will be Cancelled and no refund with be made of the deposit. 
4. Credit Card payment must be by at least one person who is arriving and the credit card, which has been charged, must be shown on arrival.
5. A key, padlock, linen and blanket deposit of A$35.00 is required. This is fully refundable on checkout and return of those items to the reception. This will be charged on your credit card and a refund of A$30.00 in cash will be given back to you on checkout on return of those items.
6.  A credit card charge of A$2.00 will also be applicable and charged to your credit card.
