The Conditions are as set out below :
- A minimum stay of 7 nights for dorms and 8 nights for private rooms
is required during the period between 22nd December 2011 and 7th January 2012.
No Check-in/out’s are
available on the 25th, 31st of December 2010 and on the 1st of January 2011.
- A 50% deposit is required on making a reservation. The deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Full payment of the balance owing on accommodation
must be paid and settled before or upon check-in. If the balance is not fully paid
or a failure to arrive on the reserved day or no-show will cancel the reservation immediately. Please note that the deposit paid earlier would be forfeited and we reserve the rights to charge for the booking in full.
- Any credit card payments must be made by at least one person who is arriving and the card which has been charged must be shown on arrival. A credit card surcharge of $3.00 applies per each transaction.
- A key deposit of A$30.00 is required at check-in. This is fully refundable during checkout when linens, blankets, paddlock and keys are returned to the reception. This can be charged in cash or you can select to fill out a security deposit form.
All payments are non-refundable. |
